Only Up Credit ships merchandise, VIP cards, and promotional items to customers within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple flat-rate shipping options for all merchandise orders:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your package.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Only Up Credit is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or file a claim with the shipping carrier.
